Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains when orders can be cancelled, refunded, or replaced.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or within 12 hours of order placement, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to a courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.

Perishable product policy

Chocolate is a food product and is sensitive to storage, handling, and temperature. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or customer-damaged products.

Returns are not accepted for taste preference, minor appearance variation, delayed receipt caused by incorrect address, or product issues caused by improper storage after delivery.

Refund and replacement eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered if the product received is wrong, missing, damaged in transit, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details, photos of the package, product condition, and any courier label where applicable.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after approval.

The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the bank, card network, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with the payment reference.

Verified duplicate or failed-order payments will be refunded to the original payment method after reconciliation with the payment provider.
